Shipping policy

At Carmine, we take special care in ensuring that your products are delivered to you in the best condition and on time. We have tie ups with various shipping aggregators that gives us the ability to provide service to more than 19000+ pincodes in India. Pin codes which are not serviceable by our shipping partners, the orders corresponding to those pin codes will be cancelled and you will be notified accordingly. 

  • We have free shipping on all orders of INR 750 and above. For prepaid orders below this amount, a nominal shipping charge of INR 79 will apply depending upon your location. For 'Cash-on-delivery' orders, the total shipping charge for orders below INR 750, is INR 79 (shipping charge) +79 (collection fee) since there is collection fee involved which is charged by our shipping partners. (Applicable only in India)
  • Orders are usually shipped next day from the date of order. However, if the next day happens to be a non-working day, the orders will be dispatched the next working day.
  • Orders are usually shipped through surface mode and typically reach the customer within 5-6 business days - depends on pin-code (Applicable only in India)
  • Some of our products like gift boxes are crafted especially for you so the shipping time can vary accordingly. Please check with us for delivery time while placing the order. 
  • Our courier partners deliver on working days, excluding public holidays.
  • You may be notified by email/message as and when your product is dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Incorrect Address / Undelivered Orders

    If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping address or contact details provided by the customer, the shipment may be returned to us by our logistics partner (RTO – Return to Origin).

    In such cases, we are required to wait for the shipment to reach our warehouse before it can be processed for further action. Since this involves return shipping charges as well as re-dispatch costs, the customer will be required to pay the applicable RTO fee along with the re-shipping fee for the order to be sent again. The total payable amount will be communicated by our team once the shipment is received at our warehouse.

    If the customer chooses to cancel the order instead of having it re-shipped, the RTO charges will be deducted from the order value and the remaining balance will be refunded.

  • Please note that, to successfully process COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, our shipping partners need your working phone number. So when we receive your COD order, we will confirm the order by calling on the number provided by you so that your delivery experience is hasslefree. If our order processing team determines that the phone number provided by you is inactive, out of service or if the calls are unanswered after repeated attempts, we are bound to cancel your order without prior notice. 

For International Orders:

  • A weight/volume based shipping cost is applicable for our International Customers.
  • Orders are shipped usually via ShipGlobal courier next working day from the date of order.

  • Duties/taxes whatever applicable are additional and vary from place to place. We can't provide any information on the duty/tax applicable as this is governed by Customs authorities of the country of import.
  • For the exact import duty/tax, you will be notified by the courier partner by mail or message with the total amount when the shipment reaches the nearest hub to your location in your country. 
  • It might be possible that the customer has to pay no duty or tax as there is some threshold amount in every country for which there are no applicable duties or taxes. The same can be confirmed with the customs authorities of the country of import.
